SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

PRODUCTION TIME

Most custom DTF transfer orders are produced within 2–4 business days after payment is received and print-ready artwork is submitted. Larger, high-volume, or complex orders may require additional production time.

Production time does not include carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping within the United States is $8.00.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $70 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is available in Bastrop, Texas. Please wait until you receive a pickup-ready notification before arriving. Pickup instructions will be provided when the order is ready.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the carrier can change or redirect the delivery. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, AND DELIVERED PACKAGES

K Creating Crafts DTF Transfers is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly. We will help review the shipment and work with the carrier when appropriate. Replacements or refunds will be considered after the carrier’s investigation is completed.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the damaged product, and photographs of the shipping packaging.

Please keep the product and all packaging until the claim has been reviewed. If the damage is confirmed, we will work with you on an appropriate replacement or resolution.
