Refund policy
Because every DTF transfer and gang sheet is custom-produced using customer-provided artwork, all sales are final once production begins.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations are only available before artwork processing or production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK
Customers are responsible for verifying their artwork before submitting the order, including:
• Spelling and design accuracy
• Selected product and transfer size
• Image quality and resolution
• Orientation and placement
• Removal of unwanted backgrounds
• Proper transparency
Orders printed correctly from the submitted artwork are not eligible for replacement or refund because of customer-provided errors, low-resolution artwork, unwanted backgrounds, incorrect sizing, or minor differences between screen colors and printed colors.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. Please do not apply, press, cut, or use the affected transfer before contacting us.
If we confirm that the problem resulted from our production error, we will reprint or replace the affected item at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be provided, we may issue a refund for the affected item.
TRANSFER APPLICATION
A heat press is required to apply DTF transfers properly. Customers are responsible for following the provided time, temperature, pressure, peeling, and garment-care instructions.
We are not responsible for transfers or garments damaged by incorrect application, incompatible materials, excessive heat, improper pressure, household irons, or failure to follow the application instructions. If you are unsure about the application process, contact us before pressing your transfer.
